The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional time management skills, strong HR knowledge, and the ability to lead high-performing teams. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage high-impact initiatives that contribute to Red Leaf's growth and success. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support<ul><li>Communicate company-wide announcements and organizational updates</li><li>Manage executive expense reporting, receipt collection, and reimbursements</li><li>Lead high-priority special projects as assigned</li><li>Exercise discretion when handling sensitive financial, HR, or strategic information</li></ul>Administration Management<ul><li>Supervise Admin team, including accounting, facilities, fleet, and warranty</li><li>Assist with tax preparation and coordination with CEO and CPA</li><li>Support legal, insurance, licensing, and safety compliance with external partners</li></ul>Human Resources<ul><li>Manage all Workers' Compensation claims</li><li>Facilitate employee health benefits and annual open enrollment</li><li>Oversee 401(k) plan with CEO</li><li>Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes</li><li>Administer employee safety program</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, finance, or administration (construction industry preferred)</li><li>Experience supporting high-level executives</li><li>Knowledge of construction financial operations preferred (WIP, job costing, retainage, billing)</li><li>Experience managing HR and internal business systems</li><li>Proficiency in Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and spreadsheets/databases</li><li>Strong alignment with Red Leaf's Core Values</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds</li><li>Ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend, twist, reach, and perform fine motor tasks</li><li>Ability to sit and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per day)</li><li>Willingness to submit to drug and background screening</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Annual salary: $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience and qualifications</li><li>401(k) retirement plan</li><li>Health benefits contribution (choice of plans)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li><li>Full-time, year-round employment</li></ul>
