We are hiring a Commercial Swimming Pool Foreman to oversee and manage commercial pool projects.

Job Overview:

The Commercial Swimming Pool Foreman will work closely with the Project Manager to identify a plan to complete all pool construction tasks on budget and on time. They will be required to effectively manage crew production, oversee job quality, communicate with customers and management staff, and delegate tasks.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage job site crews in a safe, clear and efficient manner.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, Red Leaf staff, and fellow crew members.
  • Read and follow job site plans, RFPs, work orders and material lists.
  • Conform with all directives, policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Manage project labor budget by job phase and lead crew to hit labor budget goals.
  • Responsible for the craftsmanship and timeliness of work completed on the job site.
  • Manage crew PPE and update Operations Team on daily progress.
  • Manage daily timecards.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in swimming pool construction and plumbing.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Bi-lingual (English, Spanish) communication is preferred.
  • Skilled in supervising, training, monitoring, evaluating, and motivating personnel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience in conflict resolution.
  • Orientation toward teamwork and collaboration.
  • Time management and personal accountability.
  • All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.

Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift and stand for long periods of time, (up to 10 hours per day), the ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and cold, walk on uneven ground in dusty and dirty conditions.

You may be required to work overtime, irregular or varied shifts, including weekends, and holidays.
