About the Role:

We are hiring Business Office Operations Managere to lead and refine the administrative, financial, and HR functions of our company. This is a high-impact, leadership-track position for someone who excels in operations, understands construction accounting, and is ready to help drive company-wide performance alongside our heads of Construction, Preconstruction, and Sales/Marketing. 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business administration, HR, and internal financial operations. Includes managing HR, Admin, and Finance Team.
  • Interpret and manage financial reporting, forecasting, and job costing; collaborate on company projections and planning.
  • Supervise HR functions including hiring processes, onboarding, compliance, and benefits coordination.
  • Act as the operational glue between teams, ensuring alignment with EOS processes and KPIs.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify process improvements and implement strategic systems.
  • Maintain office infrastructure (e.g., Smartsheets, Google Workspace) to support scalable operations.
  • Support legal, insurance, licensing, and safety compliance with external partners.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in business operations, finance, or administration (construction industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting and financial operations (WIP, job costing, retainage, billing).
  • Experience managing HR and internal business systems.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar organizational frameworks is a major plus.
  • High emotional intelligence with leadership-level communication skills.
  • Process-driven with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Smartsheets, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Strong cultural alignment with Red Leaf's Core Values 


Physical Requirements:

The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods (up to 10 hours per day)



Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $105,000 $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.
