Fleet Maintenance & Warranty Coordinator

Red Leaf Developments, Inc. is a design-build firm redefining the standard for outdoor living
environments. Specializing in high-end residential and commercial pool and landscape
design/construction, our vision is to deliver personalized, innovative spaces that enhance our
clients' daily lives.
We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance & Warranty Coordinator to help keep Red Leaf running
smoothly. In this role, you'll manage our vehicles, equipment, and facility maintenance while also
coordinating client warranty claims. You'll serve as the face of Red Leaf by greeting visitors and
helping with office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventative care
- Manage fleet and maintenance budgets to keep costs under control
- Coordinate and document client warranty claims and repairs
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure quick resolutions
- Maintain facility supplies and coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Greet guests, answer phones, and handle mail as Red Leaf's "Front of House"
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction operations or fleet management
- Strong scheduling, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Google Workspace, and Excel/Sheets
- Strong alignment with Red Leaf's Core Values.
Physical Requirements:
The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, the ability to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend at the neck and waist, twist at the neck and waist, grasp, use fine manipulation, reach above shoulder height, lift, sit, and stand for long periods of time. All applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background tests.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30 to 35 an hour, based on experience and qualifications
