About the Role:

Red Leaf is seeking a landscape design professional who will be responsible for creating and revising design work on behalf of Red Leaf Developments. This can include conceptual designs, design development, HOA plan sets, permit plan sets, 3D renderings, bid take-offs, and planting plans. The landscape designer is responsible for managing deadlines, adhering to company procedures and policies, and maintaining excellent organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing projects to Red Leaf's standards while managing timelines.
• Producing quality work that is presentable to clients.
• Effective team communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in landscape design required.
• Experience with CAD (required), SketchUp, Lumion, and technical drawing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Technologically proficient, with experience using spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Professional, client-focused, and aligned with Red Leaf's values.

Compensation:

$8 - $12 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
