Red Leaf Developments, Inc. is a design-build firm redefining the standard for outdoor living environments. Specializing in high-end residential and commercial pool and landscape design/construction, our vision is to deliver personalized, innovative spaces that enhance our clients' daily lives.

Red Leaf is seeking a landscape design professional who will be responsible for creating and revising design work on behalf of Red Leaf Developments. This can include conceptual designs, design development, HOA plan sets, permit plan sets, 3D renderings, bid take offs, and planting plans. The landscape designer is responsible for managing deadlines, adhering to company procedures and policies, and maintaining excellent organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing projects to Red Leaf's standards while managing timelines.
• Producing quality work that is presentable to clients.
• Effective team communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in landscape design required.
• Experience with CAD (required), SketchUp, Lumion, and technical drawing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on Pacific Time Zone business hours (8am-4pm, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday)
• Technologically proficient, with experience using spreadsheets and Google Workspace.
• Self starter with excellent time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
• Professional, client-focused, and aligned with Red Leaf's values.

Compensation:

• Pay $10.00 - $15.00/hour USD depending on experience and qualifications.
